Based on the short story by Sarah M. Chen, 19-year old Tea works at his Aunt’s East LA donut shop located in a neighborhood on the verge of gentrification. Unbeknownst to Auntie, Tea is dealing drugs on the side and puts himself in danger when the shop is stalked by a real estate shark.
